Burdock is rich in water-soluble dietary fiber and minerals ♥
Kinpira burdock is the most popular burdock dish in Japan,
but this time we will introduce a simple fried burdock
The recipe is super simple, but the ingredients are also simple!
It’s a cooking method that uses only a small amount of oil, so it’s easy to clean up☆
It’s also easy to eat, just add salt
The photo below is my favorite Guérande salt
I mixed matcha here to make matcha salt ❤︎
This salt is rich in minerals and sweet.
Since the skin contains a lot of nutrition, this time I cook it with the skin on.
Burdock skin is rich in antioxidant polyphenols.
It’s good for your health and beauty, so if you can, eat the whole skin!
