Miso-zuke of Japanese Mountain Yam using sake lees which is leftovers from sake brewing★

Sake lees and Miso is very good ingredients for health!

I cooke Japanese Mountain Yam  Miso-zuke with

White Miso x Sake lees!

It tastes like pickled Japanese Mountain Yam .
It is delicious even if you eat it as it is.
It is excellent even if you eat it with wasabi or soy sauce.

It will be the taste that the japanese restaurant is cooking.

It’s a super time saving recipe

Just mixthe ingredients and soak in Minigrip

 

Because it contains Sake lees
It is an adult dish ★

It goes very well with alcohol ❤︎

 

【Ingredients】

  1. Japanese Mountain Yam (長芋)・・200g
    *Nagaimo is also called Chinese yam.
  2. ●White Miso(白味噌)・・Tablespoon2
  3. ●Sake Lees(酒粕)・・Teaspoon2
  4. ●Mirin(みりん)・・Tabelespoon1
    *Mirin is a kind of cooking sake(wine) which is commonly used in Japanese cooking and it’s sweet.

 

【How To Cook】

①Mix the ingredients of ● in the bowl

②Peel the Japanese Mountain Yam  and cut them in half vertically.

③Put the Nagaimo and the miso paste of ① in the zip lock.
Soak it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Wait 2~3 days and you’re done.

Please eat with Wasabi or Wasabi Soy souce!
