Bitter Melon Fried with Rice Flour☆

Ingredients

  • Bitter Melon・・1
  • Rice Flour・・about table spoon 2~3

 

 

☆How to cook☆

1.Slice a bitter melon!

Cut the bitter gourd in half vertically and remove the cotton inside.

After that, cut thinly as shown in the photo.

I think it’s about 1mm. ..

Oil splash prevention! !!
Wipe off the water with kitchen paper etc. ♡

 

 

 

2.Sprinkle with rice flour.

Put bitter gourd and rice flour in a plastic bag and shake.


This is easy and convenient because you don’t have to wash it! !!

If you mix it in a bag, you can evenly sprinkle rice flour on it ♡

 

 

 

 

3.Fry in a frying pan

Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan and heat it.

When the oil is warm enough, fry the bitter melon between low and medium heat.

Completed when crispy
